Seasons Catering offers full service wedding and event consultation
and coordination services through Dina Balatti, certified wedding
planner, and owner of Bella Celebrations. Pricing available upon
request.
Full Service
Dina will coordinate every aspect
of your wedding, beginning with a complimentary one-hour consultation
to discuss your wedding vision.
From there, Dina will develop a long range timeline, work with
you to create a wedding budget, recommend vendors and set up
appointments, assist in menu selection, advise on floral and
reception design, review vendor contracts, develop ceremony
and reception logistics and floor plans.
For your wedding day, she will develop a meticulously detailed
timeline that will be distributed to all vendors and the wedding
party. She will coordinate your rehearsal and provide complete
wedding day coordination and supervision, making sure that everything
runs smoothly.

Hourly Rate Consulting Services
Assistance with those
tasks you just can't find the time for: finding the
right location for your wedding ceremony, researching
caterers within your budget, locating the right florist
or baker, helping to design invitations or wedding programs,
and much more!
Wedding Day Service
Dina will provide: a
consultation three months prior to your wedding, confirmations
of all vendors and obtaining copies of contracts, coordination
of a venue walk through, development of a wedding day
timeline, and on-site coordination of your rehearsal
and wedding day.
